The company provides crew manning services, consisting of Chinese, Filipino, Korean, and Vietnamese seafarers. To secure excellent seafarers, we have established a system to ensure a stable supply of young, highly qualified seafarers from a seafarer training center in Dalian, China.
In addition, a cadet ship system was introduced in the Philippines, whereby selected cadets are trained onboard and placed on board as third officers and third mover officers. We assign cadets to 300,000-ton VLOCs, Capesize bulkers, Panamax bulkers, general cargo ships, and chip carriers.
